Cleveland Clinic installed its first computer in 1965. Even though its electronic brainpower would pale in comparison to that of a modern-day smartphone, the Honeywell 200 mainframe filled an entire room and handled a variety of tasks, spitting out everything from patient bills to insurance claims to pharmacy inventory reports. The data-processing team was led by Tom Keaty, right, seen here with programmer John Zanghi.
