Kenneth C. Frazier, former Executive Chairman of the Board of Merck & Co. Inc., shared his thoughts on a range of topics as part of Cleveland Clinic’s Ideas for Tomorrow speaker series. “I believe that talent is much more evenly distributed in our society than opportunity,” he said. “We have to ask ourselves: Morally … how much inequality can we tolerate and be the country we say we want to be?” Cleveland Clinic CEO and President Tom Mihaljevic, MD, holder of the Morton L. Mandel CEO Chair, moderated the conversation.
